The second floor podium constructed with a steel frame and concrete deck will support floors two through six. These remaining floors will be framed with structural light gauge metal with concrete decks poured over metal decking.
The Focus team is headed by a recent addition, Eric Johnson who will be acting as the Project Manager. Supporting him will be Manny Ochoa as Superintendent and Jillian Fiandaca as APM. The entire project is expected to take 15 months, projecting completion in October of 2018.
