The developers of a two-year old apartment project in Glenview have cashed out, selling the complex to a Los Angeles investment firm for nearly $81 million.

Progress has been swift in Vernon Hills as the Focus construction team recently topped off the parking structure for the new Atworth at Mellody Farm
(Chicago, IL) On Thursday, June 29th the Focus team was joined by our subcontractors and various stakeholders of the Kelmscott Park project to celebrate the topping off of three luxury apartment buildings located in the heart of Lake Forest.
Focus is thrilled to be selected to provide general contractor services for a new apartment building at 2340 North California. The 130,088 GSF, 6-story building will be the new home of 138 luxury apartments in Chicago’s Logan Square. The ground floor will include a lobby, surface parking, and multiple retail spaces totaling approximately 9200 sf. A mix of studio, 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom units will take up the majority of space throughout the top five floors of the building. The building will also offer amenities such as a fitness space, yoga room, outdoor park and a rooftop terrace.
