Fall Construction Update

October brought significant progress onsite. The brick detailing is now complete on the Franklin Apartment building and nearing completion on the Western and Laurel buildings. Now that the exterior work on the apartments is nearing completion, our construction team is focused on the interiors of the buildings as well as pouring the asphalt for the avenues and lanes throughout Kelmscott Park.

Additionally, construction on the first, single family home was completed in October. Located at 111 Franklin Place East, the model home has been fully furnished and decorated by Toms-Price and now acts as the sales center for the Kelmscott Park condominiumminiums and single family homes. The completion of the home was celebrated with a large grand opening party for both local brokers and residents interested in learning more about the project and their future neighbors. The Sales Center is open to the public every Thursday through Sunday, 12:00 – 4:00 PM.
