Chicago-based Focus ended 2017 with a bang, selling their Class A Asset The Parker – Fulton Market for the highest per unit sales price in Chicago for the year.
The joint venture between Focus, Shapack Partners, Atlantic Realty Partners and the Carlyle Group completed the project in the summer of 2016. The Parker Fulton Market has since been 90% leased since initial occupancy, a true testament to the quality of the project at a time when luxury rental market is increasingly competitive.
As the first luxury rental option in the trendy Fulton Market neighborhood, the Parker with it’s iconic bullet shape is wrapped entirely in glass. Offering 29-stories with 227 luxury rentals, 162 enclosed parking spaces, and 9,715 SF of class A ground floor retail the Parker also features best in class amenities including a large indoor / outdoor group dining space, fitness and yoga facility, lounge with internet café, and a 29th floor event space with 180-degree views of the Chicago skyline, complete with fire pit and skylight.
The entire project received a LEED silver rating and units range in size from studio to three-bedrooms.
