Vicky Lee joined Focus in 2015 as development manager. Her current responsibilities include navigating the projects through their respective entitlement phases, coordinating the permitting process, and collaborating with project managers to see the building through construction. As part of the development team at Focus, Vicky also participates in various investment analyses of potential deals.
Vicky’s background is rooted in architecture and urban planning. She practiced architecture for five years at Torti Gallas and Partners in Washington, DC. As their project manager, her main responsibilities included managing a team in design and documentation process, organizing efforts in the public outreach and approval process, and maintaining constant communication with clients for both urban planning projects as well as mixed-use, high-density residential buildings.
Prior to joining Focus, Vicky received her Master in Business Administration from the S.C. Johnson School of Management at Cornell University and a Graduate Minor in Real Estate from the Cornell Baker Program in Real Estate. She received her undergraduate, Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Notre Dame.
