167 Green Street

167 Green Street

Chicago’s Fulton Market is soon to be the new home of a 17-story office building. Along Lake street between Green and Halsted, Focus and Shapack Partners plan to erect a new tower across the street from their previous joint venture, The Parker – Fulton Market.

The Gensler designed office tower will total over 750,000 GSF with a focus on walk ability and an unparalleled set of amenities. Included on the 17th floor amenity deck; a fitness facility, lounge, rooftop patio with fire pits and even a basketball court, all will cement the offices at 167 Green Street as the first of their kind in Fulton Market.

The building will rise above a pedestrian pathway, accessible from Halsted and Green streets. The “mews” will grant pedestrians access to the 30,270 SF of retail space at the foot of the building. With¬† 595,861 SF of rentable office space, the building will offer sizable floorplates and 129 parking spaces.
