Halsted and Lake will be the future home of a new 14-story tower, complete with 232,000 square feet of office, 9,000 square feet of retail and 5,000 square feet of outdoor space. Expected to break ground in January of 2018, 176 N. Halsted will have a beautiful masonry ground floor, with a glass and metal panel tower designed by GREC Architects.

In Chicago’s quirky Fulton Market the building will fill two city lots and span the alley creating a private street for convenient access and a unique experience for tenants. Offering 12 floors of office space with a 20,000 square foot floor plate, each level will have views of the city and the surrounding Fulton Market. In addition to unique office space, 176 North Halsted will offer 50 indoor parking spots, first floor retail and accessible rooftop amenity space, sundeck and garden.

The majority of the building’s amenities will be housed at the top of the tower. The building’s gym offers a fully equipped fitness center, yoga studio, outdoor fitness deck, garden and private shower rooms. Adjacent to the gym is a drawing room with lounge furniture, kitchen and access to a large outdoor roof deck. Built with business in mind, the deck will offer WiFi access so that the deck can be enjoyed throughout the warmer months.

Also available, an additional private amenity space will offer a fully equipped bar and garden lounge. This space will present a unique opportunity for a special events and entertaining with the iconic Chicago skyline as the backdrop.
