Beer Market - Vernon Hills

Focus acted as general contractor on the Vernon Hills Town Center development on behalf of The Taxman Corporation and after viewing our extensive portfolio, one of Taxman’s tenants, The Beer Market, hired Focus to complete the buildout of its bar. The Beer Market includes an outdoor patio area with fire pits, a Nana wall of glass windows and an upper mezzanine to be used by musical groups in occasional performances. The entire buildout was completed in under eight weeks. With our ability to utilize both union and non-union contractors, Focus presented extensive savings to the ownership while upholding a high quality of construction.
