About the Development
Designed by OKW Architects, Lincoln Court offers a contemporary twist on the traditional courtyard building. The project’s first floor retail element connects to downtown Skokie’s street life, while the landscaped courtyard provides residents more serene views. The Lincoln Court project consists of a 30-unit condominium building with 3,500 SF of ground floor retail space.
