About the Development
The second phase of a three-phase project, featuring the Mews, Terraces and Avenue Garage, The Terraces is a 34 unit townhome project located in Oak Park’s historic “The Avenue” district. The townhomes feature brick and stone exteriors with winding pathways through lushly landscaped European-style gardens.
Other features include private roof terraces, balconies or patios and decorative ornamental fencing. Construction was completed in January 2004.
