Coming off a successful 2016, Focus has spent time reflecting on the strengths and accomplishments of its team members. As a result there are several substantial and well-deserved promotions to announce:
Joe Vartanian, promoted to SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER
Joe joined the company in April of 2015 and held positions as a Project Manager I and Project Manager II, during which he made substantial contributions to our Development business practices and was integral in the initial work on the 831 Emerson project. Joe has been a great asset since day one and is currently working on two projects in Downtown Chicago; Medical District Apartments and Soul City Church. He brings a wealth of knowledge and energy to all of the projects he has worked on.
Northfield, IL – Spring has sprung and Focus is eager to announce 5 unique additions to our corporate family. Eric Johnson (Project Manager II), David Beane (Senior Superintendent), Corey Miskell (Project Accountant), Gosia Bajor (Accounts Payable Specialist) and Margaret Hasemann (Marketing Coordinator) have made the beginning of 2017 a very exciting time at Focus. Hired to support the increasingly varied needs of a growing company, the new additions will help to scale the company’s capacity to whole new levels. “We are thrilled to be able to bring onboard such a qualified group of individuals. The addition of Eric, David, Corey Gosia and Margaret elevates an already irreproachable group and kicks off what is sure to be an extraordinary year for Focus” said CEO Tim Anderson. “The skill-set of this group will enable us to realize significant growth goals for 2017 and enable Focus to deliver quality construction and an exceptional client experience”.

Highly skilled, experienced project managers hired for new projects in Lake Forest and Chicago.
Northfield, IL– This summer, Focus Construction, Inc. welcomed two new members to their growing team. Jeremiah Miller, Senior Project Manager, and Quintin Huckabee, Assistant Project Manager, were hired to support the rapid growth of new development projects in Lake Forest and Chicago. Both Miller and Huckabee have proven track records in construction management, with experience in single-family and multi-unit housing developments. “We are incredibly excited for Jeremiah and Quintin to join the Focus family.
