First phase of construction nearly complete in Vernon Hills

In Vernon Hills, the Atworth at Mellody Farm continues to progress rapidly as the first phase of construction is drawing to a close.
In the first stage of the wrap-style building, all the wall framing and much of the roof on the Southwest corner are nearing completion. The walls on the Southeast corner of the project are underway with tiling of this portion of the roof commencing soon. Window and slider installation is soon to follow along with the exterior facade, which will coincide with the character of the neighboring retail center, Mellody Farm.
