Kelmscott Park Construction Update - April 2018

Our construction team is making big progress onsite at Kelmscott Park; the foundation has been poured as well as the ramp leading to underground resident parking. Crews have started to layout where the future steel framing will be set.
You can expect to see the frame of the building taking shape over the month of May. Due to the use of innovative new building technologies, framing at Kelmscott Park should take less time than typical projects, so the next several weeks will mark big changes onsite. Framing is expected to be completed this summer with topping off projected for early September.
Construction on the Kelmscott Park Single Family Homes continues to progress as crews start work on the façade of the first home, with stucco and exterior trim. Additionally, we expect to start construction on the 2nd home in early May.
