167 Green Street

167 Green Street

Chicago’s Fulton Market is soon to be the new home of a 17-story office building. Along Lake street between Green and Halsted, Focus and Shapack Partners plan to erect a new tower across the street from their previous joint venture, The Parker – Fulton Market.

The Gensler designed office tower will total over 750,000 GSF with a focus on walk ability and an unparalleled set of amenities. Included on the 17th floor amenity deck; a fitness facility, lounge, rooftop patio with fire pits and even a basketball court, all will cement the offices at 167 Green Street as the first of their kind in Fulton Market.

The building will rise above a pedestrian pathway, accessible from Halsted and Green streets. The “mews” will grant pedestrians access to the 25,725 SF of retail space at the foot of the building. With over 527,000 SF of rentable office space, the building will offer sizable 45,000 SF floorplates and 129 parking spaces.
