Designed to fit seamlessly into the existing architectural context and scale of downtown Winnetka, 812 Oak Street consists of 12 luxury condominium residences, 8,500 SF of ground floor office space and onsite underground parking. Intended to provide a smooth transition between the single family housing neighborhoods and Winnetka’s downtown commercial district, 812 Oak Street replaced a gas station, car wash and coffee house. The development was fully leased, and the condominiums sold out within the first year.
