Focus and co-developer Shapack Partners Announce New Retail Project in Fulton Market

821 W. Lake is a new, single-story retail development in Fulton Market by Focus and co-Developer Shapack Partners.

Entitled as part of the larger planned development at 167 N. Green Street, 821 W. Lake requires no further approvals aside from a building permit. The development team has selected the Bureau of Architecture and Design to design the building with permit drawings to likely be completed as soon as September.

The 5,000 SF of space at Lake and Green in Chicago’s Fulton Market has been designed as a departure from the established early 20^th century brick aesthetic of Fulton Market, instead featuring organic, curved walls with glass exteriors. The interiors will be demised based on the needs of future tenants. The development team plans to begin construction in the Fall of 2018 and estimate completion in the Spring of 2019.
