About the Development
Broadway in Chicago hired Focus as general contractor to renovate this 550 seat theater, previously operated by Drury Lane. Designed by Booth Hansen, the theater was completely transformed with a contemporary facelift. The entrance, located off a pedestrian walkway, was rebuilt with light panels to draw in patrons and visitors. Additional signage was added along the Michigan Avenue frontage to increase the venue’s visibility.
