Logan Apartments

Focus acted as General Contractor on the Logan Apartments in Chicago’s Logan Square. The project co-developed by Fifield Companies and Terraco, is a 327,500 SF apartment and retail project which includes two mixed use buildings. The 5- and 6-story buildings offer 220 residential apartments and approximately 62,000 SF of first floor retail. Amenities include an outdoor terrace with pool and indoor gym and lounge for residents plus 154 parking spaces.

Designed by Antunovich Associates, the buildings are constructed with structural steel podiums and cold form metal framing within the upper residential floors. The exterior includes a mix of brick veneer, metal panels and is connected by a glass and steel pedestrian bridge spanning across the center drive aisle between the two buildings.
